La comedia de las mentiras - National Amateur Theater Competition

Synopsis

Hipólita and Leónidas, two Athenian siblings, are madly in love—she with Tíndaro, and he with Gimnasia. However, their romances lack the approval of their controlling father, who leaves the house in the care of his sister Cántara—a confirmed spinster who has spent forty years waiting for a love that left... and never returned. To further complicate matters, a general named Degollus has purchased Gimnasia. Amidst this tangle, the Calidoras appear—three triplet slaves who are loyal, witty, and chaotic; they weave a web of lies to help the lovers and, in the process, save themselves. Secrets, deceptions, and entanglements unfold in this whirlwind of falsehoods.
